Information collected
When you submit the form, we collect your name, email address, US phone number and call-consent choice. We also record the time of submission, the exact consent disclosure and version, your IP address, browser information, and campaign parameters present on the page. These records help deliver your request, document consent, diagnose failures, and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.
How information is used
We use your information to provide the Base44 resource email, maintain your lead record, and, only when you separately consent, request an AI-generated voice marketing call about Base44 and related AI training offers. Declining call consent does not prevent access to the resources. We do not use this form to obtain SMS marketing consent.
Service providers
Vercel hosts this site and stores private submission records. Resend delivers the email. GoHighLevel (HighLevel) maintains the contact record. Retell AI and its telephony providers process an opted-in voice call. These services receive the information needed to perform their respective functions and may process it in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Calls and recordings
The caller is Tim's AI assistant, not Tim personally. Retell processes speech during the call so the assistant can respond. Funnel calls use Retell's Basic Attributes Only setting, which does not retain recordings, transcripts, or call logs after processing. Basic call metadata is retained. Do not share passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information. You can ask to end the call or stop future calls at any time.
Cookies and third-party links
We use a first-party, HTTP-only session cookie to show your confirmation status for up to seven days. The referral link takes you to an affiliate tracking service and Base44, which apply their own policies and may use cookies. We do not load advertising pixels on this site.
Retention and security
We retain submission and consent records for as long as needed to fulfill the request, maintain accurate contact preferences, address disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Private storage, restricted server credentials, and signed preference links protect access. No system is completely secure. You may request deletion; we may retain a minimal suppression or consent record when necessary to honor an opt-out or legal obligation.
